Since my humble beginning in estate agency over 35 years ago with J W Wood I have seen many changes in the industry including:

• From very few clients having a telephone to fantastic communication tools including mobile phones, e mail etc
• From 3 members of staff to a current team of 10 in Durham residential sales alone

Over the years the whole world has changed not only in estate agency and we at J W Wood have changed with it.
