EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificate)
It is a legal requirement for your property to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before it is placed on the market for rent. The EPC lasts for 10 years and we can arrange at your own cost for an EPC to be carried out by a qualified Energy Assessor.
TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
In accordance with legislation every tenants deposit has to be legally protected and J W Wood is a member of the government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme which is administered by the Dispute Service Limited. Therefore during the tenancy the deposit will be protected which gives both yourself and your tenant greater security.
