Record November Sales At JW Wood Durham

November has finished in record style at JWW Durham branch. This is the best November on record with 32 sales agreed worth 5.6 million pounds. Sale prices ranged from £58,000 to over £700,000 proving yet again we handle properties in every price range. This is almost double that of last November and quite an achievement to beat figures of the peak of the housing market in 2004/5/6.
Throughout 2011 we have continued to perform exceptionally well as a result of hard work and dedication from a strong enthusiastic team with over 120 years of experience between them.
Of course we expect December to quieten off as it traditionally does but rest assured we will be ready for 2012 an Olympic year and a year we will be out for record breaking results throughout the year.
