Just completed on our first home with the Consett branch of J W Wood. Primarily worked with Dawn who is a star, always got back to us with any query we had and helped us chase solicitors when needed. Very warm and friendly lady! Would highly recommend J W Wood.

From the first meeting to the day of completion everyone at JW Wood were experts in their field, knowledgeable and very helpful. Special thank you to Sarah, who went above and beyond. Your kindness and expertise were much appreciated and Sarah is an absolute asset to the firm.

First time buyer and everything went smoothly. Karen was there to help any time I needed and was really helpful. Excellent customer service, supportive staff and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Would recommend.

I have had a really good experience with JW Wood from valuation, photos, marketing of house and viewings. It has all been very smooth and the staff have all been amazing.

Shanade has been incredibly helpful through the whole process. Always easy to contact and always happy to help with anything. The whole process has been made really straightforward and understandable even to a first time buyer. Would highly recommend to anyone

All the staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful especially Julie Leithead who guided us through the process.

Had the best experience with JW Wood Darlington when purchasing our first home. They are very reliant and efficient.

Fantastic experience with Fiona, who has fully supported me during my move-in experience.
