We bought our forever home through JW Wood. The team at JW Wood were so accommodating and Sue took us for our first viewing the very same day we called!! Gill supported us through the after sales process and was there every step of the way. We had weekly updates even if there was nothing to communicate at the time, we always felt well informed. We had quite a few bumps along the way as we were also selling our own property, but Gill had such empathy and understanding, she did everything she could to support us through the highs and lows that buying a property throws at you and it felt very calming to have Gill walking this journey with us.
