JWW Darlington

Great experience working with Shanade and Lucinda at JW Wood. Look forward to purchasing more properties with them.

Had a really positive experience selling my house with JW Woods. Ella, who dealt with me throughout, was excellent at her job — very professional, knowledgeable, and always kept me fully informed every step of the way. She was also friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole process much less stressful. As for the team, they were really helpful and professional throughout. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell!

I have had a really good experience with JW Wood from valuation, photos, marketing of house and viewings. It has all been very smooth and the staff have all been amazing.

Shanade has been incredibly helpful through the whole process. Always easy to contact and always happy to help with anything. The whole process has been made really straightforward and understandable even to a first time buyer. Would highly recommend to anyone

The team have been exceptional in overseeing our purchase. We have been informed throughout the process and have received very honest advice. Luci, Ella and Gary have all worked hard to ensure things ran smoothly and were all very approachable, responding to my queries straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to use JWW in the future.

I used JW Wood on a house sale. They gave me an honest appraisal of the property and value, and some good pointers on how to present it. I dealt with various members of staff, Gary, Ella and Luci and they were good at keeping me up to date with progress. If I had one slight frustration its that if you call the office it seems to always go to a voicemail - but emails are always answered promptly as an alternative.

The team at Jjwoods Darlington are amazing they have made my experience so easy I would highly recommend them when selling a house 10/10 thank you so much x

JW Wood has been very helpful and supportive from the get go. All of the staff have been friendly and helped us with any queries we had. JW Woods showed potential house buyers around and worked within a timeframe that suited everyone. We feel that we chose the best estate agents and would like to thank them all for the services that have been provided.

I purchased a property through JW Wood and I couldn't have asked for better service, (especially to Luci Rundell and her team). The communication, helpfulness and friendliness were amazing, nothing was too much of a chore, always happy to message, mail or talk even when I wasn't on the ball and sent wrong documents and info over. Will highly recommend to one and all.

Great service from JW Wood. Been a tenant now on a rental property for 3 months and has been straight forward from start to finish. Any issues with the property has been dealt with swiftly. Great service from Fiona and the team in the office, highly recommended Estate agents!

Great local agency. Fiona is the best, most kind and considerate agent. Highly recommend.

They helped me in every way possible can't thank them enough. Even when I had questions I wasn't sure about they reassured me. Thank you

We have had a great experience dealing with Kaitlyn & Ella at JW Wood, 5 star service! Looking forward to working with them for the years to come.

I recently received excellent service from Ella and Lucinda at JW Wood Estate Agents and wanted to say thank you for all their help throughout the process. They were both professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. Communication was always clear and timely, and they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Their support, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I genuinely appreciated how approachable and helpful they were throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JW Wood to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent. Thanks again, Ella and Lucinda!

We had Gary from the Darlington office come out to value our property. As soon as he entered our house, he had nice things to say and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about its good points. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the Darlington property market, and took the time to answer all our questions. We also corresponded with Kaitlyn at the Darlington office, who was always very friendly and polite and quick to respond to our queries. The efficiency of the auto confirmations we received, reminders about our appointments etc. has been impressive too.

An absolute delight so far, Ella has kept us informed and up to date with our purchase and has acted in a very polite and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Excellent lettings service! Special mention to Paige who consistently goes above and beyond to support her clients. Thanks Paige!

After initially deciding to stay in our own home we saw an ideal home with everything we wanted through Woods we decided to sell our home and for ease use woods also . Through the person who showed us round the house to the sales team and after sales team I cannot recomend them enough . They put up with my persistence ( mild Karen esk ) are always polite and so friendly and if everything does go through smoothly ( currently on the memorandum of sale ) brought in the correct buyer with a realistic price on the second viewing . I highly recommend

Communication has been superb and customer service I would like to mention a member of staff in particular: Ella super friendly, honest, helpful & constructive!

Great service & experience From very first contact - JW Wood have been brilliant & hyper efficient! Communication has been superb and customer service 2nd to none! I would like to mention two members of staff in particular: Julie who met me for the viewing - super friendly, honest, helpful & constructive! Also, Ella who has been dealing with me from the office from point of enquiry! She understood & accommodated my communication restrictions, dealt with & responded rapidly, handled everything without delay/issue/concern + played a major part in the smooth progression of my house process! Many thanks team!

Kaitlyn has been fantastic. Kept us informed all the way.

It’s been a great, straight forward experience placing our property on the market with J W Woods, Ella in particular has been brilliant, keeping us up to date and fully informed of the process and viewings as they happen. After a few short weeks thanks to Ella and the team we have an offer which we have accepted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use J W Woods for any future property sales.

We have been dealing mainly with Lucinda in our search for a bungalow. She has been so helpful in responding to our questions about different aspects of the purchase, and also chasing up issues with the vendor. She even followed up on one enquiry at home. I have no hesitation recommending JW Wood for their care and attention to detail throughout the sales process. Thank you Luci.

JW Wood have were so helpful during our house purchase. Special thanks to Kaitlyn Marshall who helped me with issues I was having with my ID checks. I raised the issue with Kaitlyn, and she managed to resolve it for me very quickly. She was very prompt when responding to me and was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making the process easy, and carry on doing a great job. It makes a big difference :)

The staff are very helpful and pleasant to work with

I would like to say a great big thankyou to JW woods estate agents team, from Gary coming out to value my property and sorting all the pictures etc out, and also katliyn who has been very professional, very thorough and kept me updated with everything. Thankyou JW WOOD. Darren Crang

Excellent customer care, Kaitlyn Marshall looked after us very well!

We recently started the rental process with Paige for our next home and it’s been such a smooth process, and all we’ve had to worry about is packing our old home up!

We can’t thank Paige and Fiona enough for helping us with our new home, everything has been stress free & never too much for them! Moving house is stressful enough but they’ve made it a breeze! Literally the best people to work with!!

We bought from woods and the after sales team. Especially Dawn C. Was by far the most motivated helpful person I have come across. I thank you for all your help, you contacted me on a weekly basis, informing me on the progression of the sale of my property and purchase from you. If I had any questions you were very helpful and if you didn't know the answer you would find out and you would ring me to let me know the answer. I don't leave reviews unless they are worthy and you are worthy. Thank you for everything you did. You made this process very easy. Rich

I've had a fantastic experience letting my properties with Paige and the JW Wood team at the Darlington branch over the past years and have nothing but the highest praise for them. Any issues I've had, have been handled promptly and efficiently alongside wonderful customer service. They even found me a great builder when one of my rentals needed a renovation. Paige, Gill, Fiona and the team have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I'll certainly be letting more properties with JW Wood in future! A***

JW Wood had a property advertised which interested me.I was shown around the property by a lovely lady called Julie. Not only did she have all details of the property. She also had knowledge of the area it was in. I then dealt with Kerry regarding my offer's of purchase. She kept me informed throughout the negotiations of purchase. Later calling to inform me I was successful. First class service from my first contact and is still on going throughout my purchase. Thank you ladies. Thank you JW Wood.

From my first phone call with JW Wood, all of the staff were extremely helpful and made the process of viewing and putting in an offer painless. Chloe and Vicky in the office were wonderful to deal with, and Chris made viewings of the property informative and helpful. Cannot recommend this estate agent enough - super professional and friendly.

JW Wood have been excellent from start to finish in helping us to sell our house at a price we are very happy with. The whole team have been friendly, efficient and professional. Kerry Palmer has been our main contact for the sale and has been brilliant at every turn. That said, right from the start with our first conversation with Gary Stephenson the service has been great. Gary did a great job getting us listed and talking us through everything. And a shout out to the rest of the team too. Tony gave us the help we needed when we needed it and Caitlin has been a pleasure to talk to. Thank you all. Great job!

Excellent service, Adrian did a great job rapidly setting up the sale and excellent communication and organisation of viewings by Vicky Milligan. We were always kept up to date. I highly recommend this company.

Property surveyed by Adrian and indicated that it was a desirable property and identified a target price. Returned quickly too obtain detail, take photo’s for sale preparation. Only negative observation is that it took two weeks to prepare presentation for marketing. On the positive side, the property detail, photographs and description were superb, extremely professional. This attracted very quick response from prospective buyers resulting in the first people through the door putting in an excellent purchase price. The three consultants, Jill, Vickie and Chloe, provided updates and communication and able to answer all my queries. JW Wood certainly delivered on their promises.

My thanks to all at JWWood. From the first meeting when my house was valued, through the process of appointments organised by staff for prospective buyers. Everyone very pleasant and helpful. Thanks.

I was only recently bereaved when we showed Gary from the Darlington team round Dads house, he was sympathetic and made the process so smooth. He explained everything, answered all our questions and let me take my time, I didn't feel under any pressure. Gary kept me informed of progress and the house sold at its first auction. A very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend d the Darlington team

Very professional service from initial contact through to completion. We found everyone in the Darlington branch very friendly and efficient. In particular, Kerry & Sanderine in the office and Julie, who did the viewings. Would highly recommend JW Wood.

She has been helpful in providing extra information on the local area as we are moving from the Midlands. I look forward to continued support.

Have used Woods for two house sales and one house purchase. They are brilliant and I would highly recommend. From start to finish they have been attentive and professional. In particular, Gary has given us excellent support with our recent sale.

We can highly recommend JW Wood. To add to our review, the sales Team, Gary and Sandrine sold another of our properties within 3 weeks of being on the market. Excellent customer service, very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended again. The same can be said for Amanda from the Sales Coordinator team, kept in touch and liaised between all parties to make the sale go smoothly.

So pleased we decided to use J W Woods. All the staff have been extremely helpful with our logistically difficult sale, and have gone the extra mile to make everything as straightforward as possible; from the first meeting with Gary to arranging and attending viewings through Kerry and Sandrine and ultimately to an incredibly quick sale. I would absolutely recommend them.

Had an great experience with purchasing through JW Wood, as a first time buyer everything has felt quite overwhelming and all at once, however Sue has been a great help over the phone with recommending my next steps and putting me in contact with mortgage advisors and conveyancers who have been equally as kind and helpful. All around a fantastic and supportive first experience

On our first arrival to Darlington, JW Wood Estate Agents helped enormously in securing our first home, 27 years later and they are still at the top of their game and still as helpful. Special thanks go to Gary, Kerry and of course Sandrine for their professionalism, help and advice during our latest transaction. Graham Brittle

I was recommended and therefore approached JW Wood estate agent. Immediately I felt in good hands particularly the guidance given by Gary to address small areas before putting my home on the market. Gary arrived mid afternoon at the time agreed. He measured up and took all photos necessary, paperwork signed he was on his way. I've had two sales fall throu but the team ant JW WOODS have always been there to get things rolling again. A few 'tyre kickers' have viewed and made daft offers but thankfully my home is now sold. I cannot thank JW WOODS for their totally professional attitude throughout the whole period. My thanks go out to the whole team; Gary for all his advice, Sue and Kerry but my biggest thanks to Sandrine who kept me sane throughout. THANK YOU

From renting our house to eventually selling, our experience of JW WOOD is nothing short of excellent. Very friendly to deal with whilst being equally professional. The assistence of Paul, Jill and Charlotte ( among others) from a rental perspective of the property proved invaluable in that we were kept up to date at all times with everything. This continued during the selling process after which, Hannah and Amanda (eventually Beverly) were on hand to assist with all questions we had. This all lead to a very easy sale with no hassle to us. All in all, we would have no hesitation recommending to family and friends.

Fast response and helpful agent. Thanks Ms. Sandrine Tandusson for your help.

Absolutely exceptional service. Really flexible and responded to my needs immediately. Friendly and accommodating, Gary, Sue, Sandrine, and all of the support staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making everything so easy for me.

Amazing communication and cooperation between my initial inquiry then viewing and and submitting my offer. My offer was too low but with some help and guidance my second offer was successful and I now, nearly own my first home south of the border. As a long term resident in Scotland, Sandrine at JW Wood, was very efficient and effective in assisting my nervous step into an unknown conveyancing system. It all went very smoothly and I’m now looking forward to my new life in a new home in Darlington.

I whole heartedly recommend the service that I have received from JWWood. Professional from start to finish. The team were proactive throughout and kept me updated at every milestone. I have not needed to 'chase' anything - they did it all promptly and without asking. Their personal touch and kindness was much appreciated too. Selling a home is stressful and emotional. Thank you to one and all! The five star rating is well earned.

I chose JW wood based on their Google reviews but also after ringing round a few estate agents I was more impressed with them. My property was sold super quick, kept well updated, and then I was recommended to a decent solicitor for the sale. They even went round to check on the property after the tenant had moved out (which I though was above and beyond). Would recommend to anyone.

I would have no hesitation in recommending JW Wood, Darlington. I was motivated to secure a particular property. Hannah has been a superstar, explaining everything along the way, always on hand to answer the mountain size of questions I've had, as well as communicating in a way that suits me due to work commitments. Excited to have started the journey and hope the next steps are as easy and joyous as the previous.

I can highly recommend Gary Stephenson and his team, particularly Hannah Howland for the first class service I have been given. My house went on the market on January 20 2023. I had a viewing on February 4 with a return viewing on February 19 and by February 22 I had accepted the offer and it is all up and running now. In just over 4 weeks my house has been sold subject to contract. I couldn’t ask for more! Well done to all concerned!

Charlotte made the moving process so straightforward and she was very empathic towards my situation, I had to move out of the property due to splitting with my ex-partner, but considering I didn't have alot of hassle moving due to Charlotte's help and recommendation to what she thought would be suitable to me helped alot.

Sandrine Tondusson (Property Consultant) & all i have had contact with @ JW Wood have thus far been a pleasure to deal with. As a first time Landlord buying his first BTL property getting my Mortgage over the finishing line hasn't been straightforward. Sandrine has been knowledgable, attentive, polite & patient through the whole journey & I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sandrine & JW Wood as an Estate Agency to deal with.

We are in the early stages of selling our property but would like to thank Hannah who has been very helpful keeping us up to date with the process so far.

I recently purchased a house from a seller who used JW Wood. When arranging viewings and communicating with the sellers before the sale, Liam and Sandrine were very helpful and responsive. During the after sales process, Gill was invaluable, providing a way of directly communicating with the seller and guiding us through the process as first time buyers. Gill kept in regular contact, updating us with any news on the sale. Thank you very much for making the process a lot easier for us!

As first time buyers, we mostly communicated with Sandrine at the Darlington branch in putting an offer down on our first property. She made the process easy, and quick and was very prompt in moving things forward and answering our queries. Hannah also communicated with us during the process and she has been really helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

J W Woods have sold a couple of houses for me and they have always given me wonderful service, always there if I have a question, very professional and good value. They always phone me back when asked, which is a rarity in normal circumstances, and very much appreciated at a stressful time. I have found I am always in the loop as I get advised of any changes as they happen. Full marks J W Woods!!

Excellent service and friendly support and very helpful

Gillian looked after us so well with us buying a property from the estate agents. Nothing I asked was ever too much trouble, and she helped guide us through the process of buying a house so well! We got regular updates, and found out more from Gillian than from our solicitors. Would recommend a 100 times over!

I recently placed my late mother's house on the market. Obviously an emotional time, but Gary provided professional support with compassion and empathy. Communication from the team was excellent, especially Sandrine who kept in touch on a daily basis with progress updates. I highly recommend JW Wood

We bought our house off this estate agent and can honestly say they were faultless. The after sale care was amazing from Gillian Anderson at the Darlington branch, constantly kept up to date with at least weekly phone calls for updates and sooner calls if needed for any major updates. Thanks again!

Great experience with Liam, got me booked for a viewing the same day as requested, which I have now purchased! Made the process so far very quick and easy. Thanks!

The staff at Wood Estate agents have been very helpful and professional since I initially made contact with them. Liam Barker has mainly dealt with us and he has been a great help in proceeding the purchase of the property.

Really happy with all of the service and help received. Julie and Sandrine couldn't have been more helpful!!

Gill was always helpful and responsive throughout our most recent purchase. I look forward to dealing with the JW Wood team again when we find our next property.

Great experience working with the team, selling our property. From Jonathon giving the most realistic valuation to working with Helen & Ann in the sales team. Extremely efficient, friendly service, sold our property within a week. Would highly recommend J W Woods

Recently purchase a property for my Dad from JW Wood and would highly recommend them. We booked a viewing and staff were on the ball and booked it swiftly. Sue who showed us round was extremely helpful and we felt we could take our time and take in our surroundings. Then putting in and having the offer accepted again dealt with very efficiently by Liam who then advised us next steps etc. Amazing team and by far the best service we experienced through this whole process. Thank you all

Have had good, friendly and efficient service throughout. Support is much appreciated.

Just at the start of our journey but super responsive services and clear and timely communication from Sandrine, who has been brilliant. Thank you so much.

Well where do I start... from the minute Gary came to put our house up for sale to the day after completion we have nothing but positive things to say about JW Wood and their staff at the Darlington Branch. Gary (manager) and Sue (area manager) have taken on roles of advisors, counsellors, and friends throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble (believe me our sale/purchase was full of challenges). Sue was always on hand for a chat, a rant and to settle our worries. Could not recommend JW Woods highly enough and cannot fault any part of the process and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent who goes that extra mile for their clients.

What impressed me most about the whole team at JW Wood was their calm and reassuring manner. It’s a stressful time selling or buying a house, and so much more so during a global pandemic, but every time I rang with a query or problem it was dealt with efficiently and I always felt reassured. Despite this very calm approach I was in no doubt that the whole team was totally on the ball, from the marketing and sales team Gary, Sue, Sandrine and Liam to Gill in the after sales it was a job very well done. Thank you so much.

Sandrine stayed late on a weekend to get our offer over the line and was helpful, professional and responsive at all points in the process. Very satisfied.

Good experience from start to finish. It wasn't the most straight forward sale, so special thanks to Sam who kept everything on track and everyone informed along the way. I would highly recommend JW Wood if you're thinking of selling.

Excellent service from all the staff at JW Wood in Darlington especially Liam who went above & beyond in helping us find a buyer for our home very quickly. Super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Valued their honesty & trust. Would highly recommend JW Wood. Very friendly and professional.

Excellent and quick reply and communication. Friendly and professional staff. I will strongly recommend this agency. Happy to deal with them in future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I enquired about a property for sale and was contacted by Liam the following day with a viewing arranged later that week. Julie showed me around the property in a friendly manner and took time to answer any questions I had. I decided to put in an offer for the property and communication has been brilliant and very easy to understand ever since. Special thanks to Sandrine for the many emails to and from and explanation of what we needed to submit for paperwork. Being a first time buyer the process can be quite daunting and slightly stressful so the responsive and helpful nature of JW Wood has made life a lot easier. I would 100% recommend the company and thank you again for your assistance with our house purchase to date.

Great service from the JW Wood team Darlington branch, very professional. Thanks to Sue and Sandrine for all there help and keeping me updated every step of the way

They are so friendly and helpful and very professional. Thank you for all of your help, you have been great!

The service I received was first class from start to finish. initially I dealt with Sue in the office, who was friendly, helpful and professional. In the later stages i dealt with Samantha who was equally as helpful, knowledgeable and in regular contact when I needed her. thank you JW Wood!!

A professional approach throughout the whole process, from initial contact to completion. special thanks to Liam and Sandrine, who are effectively 'front of house' and any enquiry whether big or small is effectively dealt with.

Really helpful and friendly even when I wasn’t effectively a customer. Great showing and totally upfront and honest with the issues in the house. Great aftercare and a good level of communication. From a buyers perspective they are a pleasure to deal with and on this property were able to negotiate but did get me up 10k from my original offer so I’d feel confident in them to handle my property from a sellers perspective too.

Recently bought a house from JW Wood, we have nothing but Good things to say, our experience with Liam Barker was also amazing, he was so helpful especially with been a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend without a doubt.

Confident and competent in all that she does, Gill from JW Wood has been a fantastic support in helping us purchase our first home. Easy to contact, extremely responsive, honest and transparent. Acts as the skilful mediator to handle matters calmly and efficiently, even when things get a little stressful. Perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness, unfailing helpful and cheerful, a truly reassuring woman!! Highly recommend for anyone out there looking for an accessible, informative and enthusiastic estate agent - Gill is absolutely brilliant.

I have just started my journey of buying a property with J W Wood, been dealing with Julie Matson and now Liam Barker, both have been fantastic Julie did the viewing and Liam is taking me through to purchase. So far the service has been excellent and highly recommended, will review them again at the end of my journey.

We were most grateful to the staff at Woods particularly the staff at Durham Liz MacDonald was excellent and kept in touch with us throughout the sale procedure

An excellent team who professionally steered us through the sale of our home. From initial contact and valuation right through to after sales support with the stressful and time consuming side of the sale, the team at Darlington could always be relied on to respond swiftly and deliver on what they promised. Thanks in particular to Gary, Liam and Louise. We would highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with JW Wood. From the outset they were supportive and friendly and explained the selling process in detail to me. All staff I dealt with were lovely and did everything they could to get me the best deal on my sale. Sandrine and Liam were both very helpful whenever I rang. Gillian Anderson (sale coordinator) was superb and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a long drawn out sale that came up against many hurdles and she made the whole process easier and I couldn’t have done it without her. I would highly recommend JW Wood to anyone looking to sell their home.

Liam was great at updating us quickly on the progression of our purchase and we felt he was very clear and honest. It made the process a lot easier and we felt very comfortable. JW Wood also sent us a really useful “what happens next” document to answer any enquiries we may have had.

We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the staff at JW Woods. We were trying to buy one of the properties they had on their books. Sandrine and Sue have been brilliant, nothing has been too much trouble for them. Unfortunately the sale did not go through, but that was nothing to do with either us or JW Woods. I would recommend this estate agents to anyone wanting to either sell or buy in the Darlington area. They are so friendly and helpful and very professional. Thank you for all of your help, you have been great!

Gill did everything she could to take the stress out of a very stressful and drawn out purchase. Professional, competent, warm & friendly - really brilliant service!

Excellent service from day 1 with JW Wood- Darlington Branch. We initially chose JW Wood after a recommendation from a friend who had used their services previously. From the very first appointment they were very professional, however not corporate as I have found with some other Estate Agents. They have supported us throughout the whole process of not just selling our home, but also looking for our next move. Gary has been exceptional in giving us advice on properties in the area we are looking to purchase and went above and beyond in this respect. Sandrine was also so helpful in dealing with the negotiations for our sale and helped us get the best price for our home. She also kept us updated every step of the way and has made a very stressful process not so stressful. I could not recommend the whole team enough. Thank you! Stewart and Aimee

Sandrine and Liam have been so helpful, we have felt well looked after at every step so far. A huge thank you xx

J W Woods have all the above qualities as well as being caring and supportive, while guiding us throughout our house sale. They have a fantastic team willing to listen, answer any queries and their advice invaluable after all their years in the business. We have no hesitation in recommending WJ Wood Estate Agents Darlington to any one wishing to either sell or buy a property with them.

I've just completed the sale of my flat and can't fault the service received from Gary and the team. I switched to Woods after a year of my property being on the market with Robinsons. Gary gave me an upfront assessment of the saturated state of the market regarding flats like mine within a mile radius of the town centre and I appreciated his honest approach in managing my expectations. As it turned out, a buyer was found within about 3 weeks anyway! I can recommend Woods for a professional and personalised service. Thank you Gary and Team!

Having just completed and exchanged for the sale of my house, I just wanted to say the biggest Thank you. From start to finish the staff have made this process so easy and hassle free. Liam in the Darlington branch was always so polite and friendly when contacting me and arranging bookings, nothing felt too much trouble. Once an offer was accepted, Jill was my contact and I cannot rate her enough. Each week I would get a call giving me an update, even if it was just to say no update. She made the effort to ask if I was ok and how I was feeling, always offering extra help. Jill has called me today to confirm completion and I have to say, I'll be quite sad not to speak to her each week now! As a manager of a customer services team, the level of service shown throughout is what we strive for each day. Both Liam and Jill are an asset to your team's. Thank you for making this so easy and effortless especially through such uncertain and uneasy times.

What a great team. So supportive during the uncertanty of Covid. Always on hand with guidance and to talk us through options for driving out house sale. I would recommend very highly.

From start to finish JW Wood provided the most fantastic service. From fair pricing and sensible valuations, to top notch communications, excellent advice and negotiation skills. However, their ability to continue this fantastic service and ensure a smooth exchange and completion amidst a global pandemic was remarkable. Honesty, integrity and being focused on the wider needs of both buyer and seller made this unbelievably low stress! Thank you (especially to Gary, Sue and Liam!)

Outstanding service in such difficult times (Covid-19). We bought our current home several years ago from JW Wood and were so impressed that we went straight to them when it came to selling my Mum's home. From the property going on the open market until completion today, someone has always been in regular contact by either telephone or email. All staff who we have dealt with have been exemplary.

J.W Wood have been amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend them. Gary, Sue & Louise were brilliant.

Fantastic service when buying a property! Kept in touch with updates more than our solicitors did. Massive thank you to Louise who guided us through the sale, helped with queries and kept us updated. Would recommend this estate agents to anyone. We’ve just bought but when we sell we know who to come too. Lovely touch having being presented with a card when we collected our keys. Thank you to Sue at the Darlington office as well! No.15 Andrew & Ellie

Excellent, efficient service, right from the initial meeting with Gary through to completion. Sold the house in 2 1/2 weeks. Provided excellent liaison with all solicitors concerned. I would highly recommend JW Wood.

Had fantastic service from start to finish. All staff so Confederate friendly and very helpful.

Superb service from J W Wood Darlington. From beginning to end our house sale could not have been better. Gary, Sue and the team have been so friendly, courteous and helpful, that we now consider them friends. Gary's viewing and valuation were very thorough and his property description and photos were accurate, detailed and enthusiastic. The brochure was an object lesson in marketing, highlighting the best features of the property while not hiding the blemishes. Julie's accompanied viewings were equally enthusiastic and the rest of the team were of the same high calibre. We were kept fully updated on progress and warmly welcomed on every visit to the office. Sue's management of the whole process has been relaxed but professional. They very soon attracted the perfect buyers and the house was sold quite quickly. Thank you all so much :)

Communication was excellent and kept us up to date wether news was good or not so good .Worked hard to secure a sale

I cannot thank you enough Sam, you are an absolute credit to your firm.
