Nothing short of a fantastic experience with JWWOOD Darlington. As a couple with a baby on the way Looking for our first house seemed quite daunting and we were was clueless really! All the team at JWW were nothing but helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Especially Ella who has been dealing with us (poor Ella! :P) Ella has never made us feel like a burden or silly for the any of the questions or calls I made during our experience with them. From booking a viewing to processing the sale we have had nothing but straight forward exceptional experience !

I used JW Wood on a house sale. They gave me an honest appraisal of the property and value, and some good pointers on how to present it. I dealt with various members of staff, Gary, Ella and Luci and they were good at keeping me up to date with progress. If I had one slight frustration its that if you call the office it seems to always go to a voicemail - but emails are always answered promptly as an alternative.
