The success of The Agents Property Auction of which JW Wood are a proud founder member couldn't be more pleased with the first six month results for 2013.
Whilst other auctioneers have reported a decline in their total property value sold compared to 2012, The Agent Property Auction has increased a staggering 53.4% which is one of the many reasons their market share has also increased by just under 30% year on year.
The nearest competing North East auction house sold 20% less properties than The Agent Property Auction with a lower value of sales by some £7 million.
