Both Fiona and Andy have shown real ownership of their work, consistently following things through properly and supporting the wider team along the way. Their progress hasn't gone unnoticed, and this promotion is a genuine reflection of the standards they've helped maintain across the department.
Fiona's promotion recognises the progress she has made and the way she has supported those around her. She has proven that she can take responsibility for key areas of work while helping keep our standards exactly where they should be.
Andy has worked hard to reach this point, showing that he can take ownership, follow things through, and support the wider team. Stepping into the Senior Property Manager role, Andy will now take on a greater focus on setting the standard for others, supporting the team, and ensuring key processes are followed properly.
