The UK Government has published its 🌟 official information sheet 🌟 on the Renters’ Rights Act, set to take effect on 1 May 2026.
By 31 May 2026, all managing agents must ensure this is provided to existing assured or assured shorthold tenants. This can be done by:
👉 Delivering a printed hard copy, either by post or in person
👉 Sending the PDF electronically, such as via email or text message
