    Tracy was a real credit to JW Wood and to estate agents in general. She was genuinely lovely to speak to, gave her honest opinions on everything and offered some really good advice. No pressure at all to proceed and she made me feel valued as a potential customer which is rare. Very knowledgeable, professional and honestly could have spoken to her all day.     We have recently listed our home for sale and we had Joe from Consett branch come and do the evaluation and then to take the photos of the property, he was very friendly, made everything so easy, and we have now sold our home after one viewing and it being on the market less than a week! Lovely young man!
