The British summer has finally arrived and so too it seems have home buyers... A recent survey conducted by Relocation Agent Network has found that buyer enquiries are up by 20%. 87% of Network estate agents based in England, Scotland and Wales indicated that they have seen an increase in the number of buyers entering the market when compared to the same time last year.
